The fully automatic 4-strip multiplunger Superstar molding system is designed for ultra-high-density lead frame-based and substrate-based standard packages. Higher lead frame and substrate density means lower material costs, lower assembly costs and lower depreciation. This system can reach a clamping force of 250 tons (125 tons per chase) and can handle carriers of up to 100 x 300 mm.

Creating higher-density lead frames leads to lower material, assembly and equipment costs and makes you more competitive. This system offers a clamping force capability of up to 250 tons, 125 tons per chase.

Precision press.

The press section is designed to enable the high clamping force needed for large lead frames with minimum bleed. This is an ultra-precision and solid press, with minimum deformation occurring during clamping to ensure the best possible clamping conditions.
