Specifically designed fo off-line mold cleaning of all makes of standard multi-plunger mold sets, with a maximum size of 260 x 260mm. Enhances production up time by drastically reducing mold cleaning related down time. Fully automatic cleaning mold and keeping mold temperature during mold cleaning. Environment and operation friendly. Closed loop cleaning media for cost effective multi usage.

Granulate media used is a natural organic material.
Costly and environmentally unfriendly melamine tablets and copper leadframe strips are no
...longer needed.
Mold room contamination by aggressive fumes from melamine is no longer hazardous for
...operators.
Cleaning granulate is recycled and can be used for up to 1000 cleaning cycles.
No special waste disposal procedure is required for disposing of old granulate.
