  Boschman Technologies has developed a new concept for molding small packages in a small leadframe very economically. The Packstar 620 is a 6 strips fully automatic multiplunger molding system. We have used as much as possible production proven units from our Packstar 420 molding system.

  The Packstar systems can be equipped with chip centering module to mold successfully and controlled fullpack power packages.

Exact control of centering pin retract timing in relation to cavity filling grade
Minimizes wear of centering pin due to retract before compound packing pressure applied
Top and bottom pins separately controlled by air cylinders
