  Boschman Technologies is an experienced and dynamic high-tech company serving the global semiconductor assembly industry providing quality solutions for all your packaging needs. Boschman Technologies is founded in 1990 and based in Duiven (near Arnhem in The Netherlands) in a modern, well equipped facility on the 'Nieuwgraaf' industry park. The company is a technology leader in the field of manufacturing high-tech auto molding and trim & form systems for the semiconductor industry.

quality solutions for our customers, for every need you have there is a solution. Our commitment to you is that we will always
actively work with you side by side to find solutions for your needs.

 Together with our daughter companies Boschman Technologies Asia in Singapore (BTA), Boschman Technologies Taiwan in Kaohsiung (BTT) and Boschman Technologies Shanghai (BTS) we strive continuously to full fill your needs.

1987 - Boschman Tooling founded
 1989 - Move to new facility in Nijmegen
 1990 - Boschman Technologies founded
 1991 - Market introduction Packstar Automold system
 1996 - Delivery of the 200th Packstar worldwide
 1997 - Boschman Technologies Asia & Taiwan established
 1997 - Expansion to new plant Duiven
 1998 - Installation 300th Packstar
 1999 - Acquisition of Reform Technology Trim & Form
 1999 - First Boschman Trim & Form systems sold
 2000 - Installation 400th Packstar
2000 - Acquisition of BDM Film Assisted Molding Company
 2001 - Delivery of first Boschman Film Assisted Molding system
 2001 - Boschman Technologies Shanghai established
 2002 - ISO 9001 Certification
 2002 - Boschman delivers the first T&F to China market
 2002 - Produced first two basic molding systems in China/Taiwan
