Assembly Services

The 280m² Assembly Services Department within Boschman Advanced Packaging Technology in Duiven Netherlands, offers a Unique “one stop shop” to its customers and potential clients, where products can be engineered, developed and tested from initial prototyping to small to medium scale batch production, enabling clients to realize real functional products produced within a “State of the Art” high-tech micro-assembly manufacturing facility with over 65 Key processes alongside its Boschman Sinterstar Sintering and Unistar Molding systems which can then be blueprinted and scaled up for mass production.

During 2021 and a period of exponential growth the department added several members of staff, and much more competency and flexibility in its offering, with the additions of Cross Sectioning, Advanced Microscopy and Measurement systems, Electrical Pass/Fail Testing, Die Bonding, Dispensing and different Plasma cleaning capabilities. Assembly Services also successfully passed ISO9001:2015 Accreditation with the rest of the Boschman group further cementing its strong position as a reliable and quality focussed partner for its customer base. As the orders continue at a pace through 2021 and beyond, further projects are planned to better optimise its services including Automated Optical Inspection, Nitrogen Generator and further adding to its staff numbers and Knowledge through key training programs for the growing business.

The innovative and fast-growing Industry which includes also Automotive, Medical, Military, Power and Sensory based applications demands new processes, that are developed and optimised on a continual basis.
