COVID-19 Health & Safety policy

At Boschman, the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and relations is paramount and drives our day-to-day operational practices. As a result, Boschman created a Crisis Response Team (CRT) to address critical aspects of the pandemic. The team acted quickly to create a series of health and safety protocols, launched remote working tools and adopted new business processes to keep us, and our customers, safe and on schedule.

As a global leader in advanced semiconductor solutions for Power Electronics, MEMS and Sensors, Boschman is an “essential business” and integral part of a critical worldwide supply chain. As a result, all Boschman facilities (Netherlands and Singapore), remain open, operational and in compliance with all local COVID-19 mandates.

To limit the potential impact of COVID-19 for customers, suppliers, relations and employees at our facilities (and remote locations), Boschman has implemented a series of measures across the range of alert levels described below. Our primary aim is prevention and business continuity. We will continue to adapt and update our policy, alert levels and individual measures in real-time, as warranted by the situation and in full adherence with local Government guidelines and policies.
